Sun Devils Shine at Metro Math Day

Kent Denver had a strong showing last month at Metro Math Day, a state-wide competition hosted by Metropolitan State University of Denver. Sixteen students represented Kent Denver, with a number of Sun Devils recognized among the top mathematicians in Colorado!

Our teams swept the Geometry competition, with Sohan J. ’27, Christopher L. ’25, Henry P. ’26 and Ruy Q. ’26 taking first. Max A. ’26, Duncan P. ’26, Anna P. ’27 and Qiya Z. ’27 placed second, and seniors Sally C., Anya P., Siri R. and Alaina R. rounded out the top three. That senior team also placed third in the Analysis and Algebra competition. Way to go, Sun Devils!
