Kent Denver Welcomes Students From France
Over the next week, 15 French exchange students will be attending classes and exploring Colorado while staying with Kent Denver students and their families. The French students from Lycée Nelson Mandela in Nantes arrived Friday, January 17 and are visiting through Wednesday, January 29.
During their time in Colorado so far, the students have enjoyed a trip to downtown Denver to visit the Colorado History Center and State Capitol, as well as a field trip to explore Red Rocks and the Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave.
To complete the exchange, in partnership with Lycée Nelson Mandela, Kent Denver students have the opportunity to visit France this June—immersing themselves in French culture while living with a family in Nantes and exploring Paris.
