Exploring Our Emotions with Marc Brackett

Kent Denver was excited to welcome Marc Brackett, a renowned researcher and the founding director of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, to campus last week for an assembly with students and an evening presentation for parents and guardians. Marc discussed his latest book, Dealing with Feeling, which explores emotional regulation and how we can react with intentionality to create better outcomes in our careers and relationships.
