In what hopes to be the start of an exciting new tradition at Kent Denver, the Arts department banded together this May to host the school’s first-ever Arts Week! Full of musical performances, community art time and the display and recognition of students’ award-winning artwork, the week was created to spotlight the creativity and depth of Kent Denver’s 6-12 arts program.
Watch a highlight video with videos and photos from the week, featuring a musical performance from members of the student bands The 303 and Soular Wave.
It was such an exciting year for Art at Kent Denver. From the visual arts to performing arts—including music performances, plays and musicals during the year like Matilda Jr. The Musical, The Women of Lockerbie, Little Women, Middle School One Acts’ Myth Adventures and more—it was so much fun to see the talent and commitment of our students.
