Boys' Lacrosse

A pioneering program in Colorado lacrosse, Kent Denver has 12 state titles since interscholastic play began in 1976. The Sun Devils routinely find success against Colorado's largest high schools as part of the 5A classification and have appeared in back-to-back state title games in 2018 and 2019.

This year, Kent Denver welcomed Robert (Rocco) Romero as head boys' lacrosse coach. Romero, who previously served as assistant coach and offensive coordinator for Kent Denver lacrosse from 2013–15, returns to Denver after serving as director of operations for men's lacrosse at the University of Virginia.

Coach Romero is well-known to the Denver lacrosse community, from his work at 3d Lacrosse, and through his coaching at East High School and Regis Jesuit High School. Prior to his coaching career, Rocco played Division I lacrosse at Cornell University.
