Girls GolfKent Denver's girls golf team is one of the largest in the Metro area. The Sun Devils won a state title in the 2005-06 season and are familiar with playing at a championship level, finishing as the 3A runner-up in 2018 and 2019 and the 3rd-place team in 2022.

Mr. Hackett joins KDS with 14 years of experience at the Division II and Division I collegiate levels. As head coach at the University of Akron, he took four teams to the NCAA Division II finals, organized the Ohio Valley Conference championship tournament, developed six players who went on to be PGA professionals, had one NCAA Division II All American and inducted four former players into the University of Akron Hall of Fame.

We are lucky to have him lead our program."
