Girls BasketballThe Kent Denver girls basketball team is a regular in Colorado's postseason tournament—having made the state playoffs in eight of the last ten seasons. 

Regarded as one of Colorado’s all-time best prep basketball players, Coach Abromaitis was a National High School Player of the Year, a two-time NCAA champion, a professional athlete in the WNBA and a gold medalist with Team USA in the 3 vs. 3 World Championships. She is also a highly accomplished medical professional, currently working as an Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner at CU Sports Medicine. 

Coach Abromaitis took over the program ahead of the 2023-24 season and led our Sun Devils to back-to-back Sweet 16 appearances in her first two years at the helm. 

More important than on court success, however, is the valuable life lessons learned by those who come through Kent Denver's 6th-12th grade program. Players will come to appreciate both the successes and challenges that come with competition, while embracing core values such as teamwork and sportsmanship.
