Seniors Celebrate College Choices



May 1 was National Candidates Reply Date, the deadline for seniors to make their final commitments to colleges for the coming fall. Members of the Class of 2019 celebrated by updating a map in the new College Counseling Center showing their planned destinations next year.

After starting with a list of acceptances to more than 175 schools, Kent Denver's 119 seniors have chosen to matriculate to 76 colleges and universities.

Congratulations to the Class of 2019 on their successful completion of the college search process!

Since joining Kent Denver in 1998, Ms. Mortell has worked in various roles in the school's communications and development offices. She currently focuses on a wide range of communications, including social media, online newsletters, website content, print and digital publications and Summer at KDS marketing.
