The Kent Denver Players will present the Upper School musical, Into the Woods, for a three-day run that kicks off on Thursday, Feb. 6.
A childless couple... an ill-treated stepdaughter... a boy and his cow... a girl and her grandmother... two princes... a giant... a wolf... a witch... and a curse. Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's Tony Award-winning musical shows us the shadow side of the Brothers Grimm's classic fairy tales in a funny and poignant exploration of the wishes we make, and the consequences we must face when they really do come true.
Performances will be held in Anschutz Family Theatre on Thursday, February 6 at 6:30 p.m., Friday, February 7 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, February 8 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 each and are available at the Welcome Center or at the door.
