Why an Independent School?
Kent Denver School seeks to sustain a community of talented, dedicated and diverse adults to nurture our students. The school prides itself on its world-class faculty members, who serve as teachers, mentors, advisors, coaches and role models for our students. The Kent Denver community is high-energy, supportive and cooperative.

Kent Denver is a healthy school by any objective measurement, with student waiting lists in all grades, a solid endowment, generous professional development funding and a spectacular 200-acre campus overlooking the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains. The Denver area offers the amenities of a large urban environment and easy access to spectacular natural beauty, as well as an average of 300 days of sunshine per year. However, what makes Kent Denver truly stand out among other independent schools is the quality of the faculty and the level of interaction with students in the classroom, on the playing fields, in the art studio, and on the stage.

We welcome inquiries from candidates at any time during the year. If you are interested in exploring employment opportunities, please send a cover letter, resume and any supporting documents to the individuals listed below. For teaching and administrative positions, most interviewing and hiring is done between the months of February and May. Clerical and support staff positions have a more varied calendar. We prefer to receive inquiries via regular mail.
